Construction Process

 At Wolf Pack Marine your boat build begins with our mechanical engineers and computer program designers working together to produce your AutoCAD mockup. Here you will receive 3D design of your finished boat.

Our team of sheet metal experts turn the

Premium 5083 Marine Grade Aluminium sheets into your Hull.

Air-tight and foam-filled chambers help with buoyancy and a quieter ride. 

Wolf Pack Marine uses the world’s Best Pulse Mig Welding Machines which are capable of laying down a beautiful looking and extremely strong weld.

We leave the welds very visible without sanding them back for looks. Owners can see how the boats are welded together which shows the strength and quality. 

All Wolf Pack Marine boats are available in either single tone or two tone paint colours. Choose a different colour for the hull and one for the cabin. The range of colours are just about endless!

At this stage in production both the factory standard and your chosen extras are fitted to the vessel. 

Once the boats arrives it's time to add those special features that will make your boat stand out! 

Outboard motor, electric anchor winch, marine radio and fish finder are all fitted at this stage along with anything else you desire.
